TASTING NOTES
- Colour: intense straw-yellow
- Nose: ample, of great complexity with clear evidence of toasted and mineral elements, interesting flowery notes, of white berries, orange peel, vanilla and hazelnut
- Taste: intense, fresh, of good persistence and great sapidity, pleasant hints of ripe fruit, a product of great elegance and structure
- Serve with: fish dishes of good structure, raw fish, bluefish (anchovies, mackerel, etc) seafood, first courses/pasta with “white” sauces and vegetables, white meat and game
- Serving temperature: 10-12°C
