TASTING NOTES
- Colour: slightly straw-yellow with a hint of aquamarine
- Nose: concentrated, spicy, the flowery hints stand out over the fruity ones, hints of jasmine and geranium, zesty apple and yellow peach, the nose is particularly delicate and elegant
- Taste: soft, sweet at first followed by hints of fruit of great finesse, hints of citrus; balanced, harmonious with a long and persisting nose-palate finish
- Serve with: spicy first courses/pasta, dishes with truffles, blue fish (anchovies, sardines, mackerel), dried cod (Baccalà), seafood, local stuffed doughnuts, cheeses with unwashed rinds, goat’s cheeses, blue cheeses, small custard-filled confectionery
